Members of this contingent are selected through a provincial qualifying tournament. The top qualifier from each division are provided with training, coaching and travel & accommodation support.

The MTF annually implements a CTF Provincial Team program to assist the members of the Manitoba contingent competing in the CTF National Championships (CNC).
