Winnipeg Bowling Association
- Harvey served as Director, Vice President, President and Past President.
- During this period, he aided in the production of the first average books. This included preparing camera-ready material for the advertisement in the books and getting computer printouts of the averages properly compiled for printing.
- As a member of the By-Law Committee, he performed major revisions of the WBA By-Laws.
- He served as the photographer for WBA, taking photos of the winner of various WBA tournaments.
- Harvey was elected as a life member of the WBA in 1979.
Manitoba Provincial Junior Bowling Association
- Harvey was a member of the MPJBA Board of Directors when he was coaching in the junior program at Northgate Bowl in the early 1970’s.
- Harvey was a member of the Hosting Committee for the first National Junior Championships in 1984 that were held at Northgate Bowl for which he was responsible for providing computerized results for this event and again in 1989 for the second National Junior Championships that were held in Winnipeg.
