Paul Mousseau started bowling in 1943 at Ligue de Dix Quilles du Cercle Ouvrier. In 1946-47 won the newly established ABC Award of Merit for High Three Game Series with a 713 score at Cercle Ouvrier and also High Average.
In 1952-53 in the Ligue de Dix Quilles du Cercle Ouvrier League was the League Vice-President. Paul was also the winner of the Giguere High Average Trophy with a 191.74 at which time was the highest league average ever recorded in Crecle Ouvrier history.
In 1953-54 he was an Executive Board Member of the Winnipeg Bowling Association. His other accomplishments in that year were:

From 1986 to present, due to an injury in 1984, Paul began bowling left handed in three leagues, La Verendrye #2 Bowling League, Outsiders League and Cercle Ouvrier Men’s League averaging 162 in 1994 in all three leagues.
Between 1946 and 1984 in the Cercle Ouvrier League, Paul won the highest average award nineteen times, twelve times between 1946 and 1960 alone. In the Winnipeg City Senior League, where he competed from 1946 to 1982, Paul was the League High Average Winner five times (194 highest), the Least Errors Winner ten times and had a High Single game of 279 in 1970.
