8th in 1998. Rich was the leading senior in 1998 and earned himself
a place on the Canadian Team to the Tournament of Americas in Miami,
where he won three silver medals and one bronze medal.

Winner of the All Events in the Manitoba Provincial
Tournament in 1996 and 1997 and Runner-Up in 1998 and 1999.
Member of the Team that won the WBA Baker System
Team Tournament in 1996 and 1997.
High Qualifier at the Calgary Open in 1998 and
finished the tournament in 5th Place. Finished 3rd at Calgary Open
in 1999 and won the Silver Dollar Classic in Calgary in 2000.
Bowler of the Year in Manitoba in 1997, 1998
and 2000.
Winner of 16 Manitoba Classic Bowler Association
(MCBA) tournaments and winner of the MCBA finals in 1990.
Top point winner of MCBA in 1998/99 and 1999/00
(accumulated most tournament points).
Qualified for the Tournament of Americas in
Calgary in April, 1999. At the Tournament of Americas in Miami won
a Silver Medal in Singles and two Gold Medals as a member of Team
Canada.
High Individual Average in Winnipeg in 1999
(Average - 212) and High Average in Manitoba in 2000 (Average -
212), which also earned him the Manitoba Senior High Average.
Represented Manitoba in the TSN Pins Game in
2000. Rich also has accomplished several other outstanding bowling
achievements:
- Two 300 games
- Three 299 games.
- High Three Game Series of 783.
- Member of the Four-Man Team that holds the present Canadian record
for a three game series.
- Winner of six Sports Excellence Awards as a member of the Manitoba
Team at the Canadian Team Trials.
- Rich has been a winner of Scratch Tournaments and Scratch Leagues
in five different decades from the 1960's to the 2000's.

in Manitoba. - Introduced Achievement Awards for Manitoba Bowling
Council.
Technical Chairperson and Tournament Director
for Tenpin Bowling in the 1999 Pan Am Games.
Lane Inspector since 1985 and Lane Inspector
Coordinator in Winnipeg and Winkler for the past nine years.
Presently, Rich is still bowling strong capturing
the 1999-2000 Bowler of the Year, Manitoba Men's High Average, Manitoba
Senior Men's High Average and is a member of the Canadian contingent
competing at the World Team competition in Puerto Rico in December,
2000.
