From 1977 to present, Ted has been active in
both Winnipeg and Manitoba associations holding both Officer and
Director positions:

He has also been provincial delegate at Canadian
Tenpin Federation Junior National Championships every year since
1987.
Beginning in 1980, Ted took a serious interest
in developing his coaching ability and credentials by attending
several clinics and courses.
Since 1983, Ted has used his skills and knowledge
to develop and promote the sport of tenpin bowling in several areas:
- Conducting NCCP Coaching Clinics
- Program Coordinator of In-School Bowling Program
- Conducts Dick Ritger Development Clinics
- Coordinator of Junior Program at C.G.S.
- Member of the High Performance Development Committee
- Coached Junior and Adult (handicap division), Women's Classic
Division and Adult Senior's Provincial Teams, achieving national
success at all four levels, the highlight being two of the Manitoba
Women's Classic Division members making the Canadian National Women's
Team in 1986.
