1981
- Appointed Tenpin Junior Program Director, Parkway Bowling Centre, Dauphin (1981-1996).

1982
- Selected Provincial Boys' Coach to (YBC, National Championship in Winnipeg. (Won Senior Gold and Bantam Silver)
- Received award for the 2nd highest National per capita YBC registration.

1984
- Established the Parkland Tenpin Association (Elected President 1984-1996)
- Recipient of "Sport Volunteer of the Year" awarded by the Parkland Sports Council.

1985
- Awarded Provincial Junior Tenpin Program Director of the Year
- Achieved fully NCCP certified Level I Tenpin Bowling Coaching Certification.

1986
- Selected Provincial Boys' Coach to YBC National Championships in Thunder Bay (Won Junior Silver).

1987
- Selected provincial Boys' Coach to YBC National Championships in Calgary (Won Senior Gold, Junior Silver - both Dauphin bowlers)
- Introduced the In-School Bowling Program to various schools in the Parkland Region, including over twenty regional communities.

1989
- Selected Provincial Girls' Coach to the YBC National Championships in Brandon (Won Senior Bronze, Junior Bronze, Bantam Silver).
- Re-certified Level I Tenpin Coach
- Nominated "Coach of the Year" in the category of Recreation/Grassroots Athletes. Sponsored by the Coaches Association of Manitoba
- Selected "Coach of the Month" by the Parkland Sports Council in conjunction with the National Year of the Coach
- Commenced High Performance training under Sid Allen of Manitoba Tenpin Federation.

1991
- Instrumental in bringing Tom Kouros to Dauphin. Received private instruction re: coaching techniques and the technical game.

1992
- Instrumental in bringing Steve Wunderlich to Dauphin. Received private instruction re: equipment and improving coaching skills.

1990 - 93
- Continued activities to promote and expose the game of tenpin bowling; organizational and coaching
- Conducted bowling clinics on a regular basis for In-School bowling program students, and for both beginner and high-performance athletes.

1994-Present:

Suffered a heart attack in 1995 and had to temporarily withdrawn from coaching. Now in a rebuilding stage.

Took the NCCP Conductor's Course and will be taking Level II Theory, which will permit him to host Level I clinics for his region.

Coached two Dauphin bowlers at Regional and Provincial level, both winning and Qualifying to represent Manitoba at the Coke tournament in Houston, Texas on July 27, 1998.

Bought Parkway Bowling Centre, now called Parkway Lanes in 1996.

Now giving adult and youth clinics and will be conducting the high performance clinic for Junior bowlers, commencing October, 1998.

Introduced the In-School Bowling Program to the Norman Region (The Pas).

Negotiating with schools in Dauphin and surrounding communities to introduce the entire student body to a 4-6 week bowling program.

Retiring from job as Manager of Northwest Regional Courts with the Manitoba Justice Department on September 30, 1998 and will focus on running the bowling centre and promoting bowling at all levels.

Throughout his tenpin coaching years, Frank has sought to keep improving his coaching ability and credentials by attending clinics and individual training under Mike Joyal, Sid Allen and Dick Ritger.
