5^th Annual Association Challenge

Well, this annual event between Brandon, Dauphin and Winnipeg bowling associations took place for the 5th straight year.  This year, for the first time, the Winnipeg association won the coveted plaque, and more importantly, the bragging rights for the year!  It’s always nice when the “home team” wins – yes, it was held in Winnipeg this year, at Bowl Below.

This event is a fun way for the Manitoba bowling associations to get together & have a good time.

Each association enters two teams of 4 bowlers (mixed teams) and we all bowl 5 games.  The association that has the highest total pinfall plus handicap after the 5 games is declared the winner.

Thanks once again to Wanda Howard, the WTBA President, who very competently and successfully organized this year’s event.  And of course, thanks to everyone who helped Wanda put it all together!
