Lynne started bowling in the youth program at Northgate Lanes in 1974 when she was 5 years old. She went on to also join the youth programs at Empress Lanes, the Canadian German Society (now Bowl Below) and Laverendrye Bowl. As an adult she has bowled in numerous leagues including Chateau Mixed Fours, Greater Winnipeg Classic League, Winnipeg Senior Men’s, Nairn Tenpin, the PBA/WTBA League and 59ers.
Her passion for tenpin bowling has led her to compete locally and internationally, including being on Team Canada for 10 years. She has also given back to the sport through her involvement with many leagues, participation on numerous boards and by coaching youth bowlers.
