While Rudy’s involvement in bowling today is primarily as a league member and league secretary, Rudy was no stranger to bowlers, coaches and parents who were part of junior bowling in Manitoba during the 1980’s,1990’s and early 2000’s. He always took time to teach young athletes of all skill levels who wanted to learn.
Genuine enthusiasm and interest in the development of bowlers, the sport of bowling, and the importance of community, naturally enabled Rudy to make an indelible mark on so many bowlers through those decades.
